OK to go to bed a bit earlier?

      Hi,

      I’ve been doing sleep restriction just a couple of weeks (still in week 1 of Insomnia Coach program–I was using a DIY method before). And it’s helping. But I have a question about going to sleep. I have 11 pm as my Go To Bed Target, but occasionally am really sleepy–yawning, jerking to stay away in the chair, etc.– about 15-20 minutes or so before. How much of a problem is it to go to bed a bit earlier if I am really ready to sleep?
