      Hi! i have not logged on for months, but i have decided that i now must make sleeping better my number one goal, because i don't think I can sustain living on 2-3 hrs a night for much longer. Briefly, i was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease along with a large brain tumour. this tumour gave me a condition which continues to destroy all my weight bearing joints and as a result i have had three total knee replacements and lately 2 total hip replacements…….. gradually it can affect the shoulders (yes) and elbows (yes) before attacking what's left… ankles and hands. Then just as i felt i had had enough to deal with my husband of some 40 plus years decided for some reason best known to himself, to end his life, which he did, which rocked me to the very core of my being .

      I cannot change anything but all i do know i must try and Improve my sleep, but having Parkinson's disease (PD) doesn't help, nor do all the 28 pills i have to take each day, some have me wide awake and bushy tailed for hours and hours. Both PD and its medications all induce sleep problems…for every action there is a re-action!!

      So that's it in a nutshell folks.
