      The biggest challenge I have right now is that I hate going to bed. Night time has become a time of frustration and fear and it’s incredibly long and lonely. I’m finding that the getting up frequently if not asleep then going back to bed when sleepy seems not to be working for me. Every time I go back to bed and don’t fall asleep, which is most of the time, it perpetuates the problem. How long does this usually take to kick in and are there any other ideas. Many thanks
