I cannot now figure out where I saw Martin's suggestion to visit the Can'tSleep.com, from which I got the pointers to Insomnia.net, and InsomniaSucks. Martin, even all three of them put together can't equal what you've initiated here. Can'tSleep was someone's blog about their own insomnia. Insomnia.net offered nothing new, and in fact, seemed to offer only those mild methods for casual insomnia we wish the clueless would stop giving us. InsomniaSucks had a lot of annoying popup thingies I couldn't seem to evade, and again, one guy's experience with his insomnia.

Our very own Mike runs Insomnia Simply Sucks – I think he offers a unique perspective as a blogger writing about his own experiences with insomnia.

I can only take some of the credit for Insomnia Land – I think the greatest part of this site lies in its community; and that's made up of our individual members. If you think the community is great, it's because of the great members that we have.

When it comes to the blog, I try to keep it light-hearted but respectful and offer genuine information and advice at the same time. I also try to ensure it's independent – we don't endorse anything our members haven't tried and we don't accept money for reviews.

It's a tough balance to keep, but with the forums and blog supporting one another, I think we're building a great resource together.

If you are ready to stop struggling with insomnia you can enroll in the online insomnia coaching course right now! If you would prefer ongoing phone or video coaching calls as part of a powerful three month program that will help you reclaim your life from insomnia, consider applying for the Insomnia Mastery program.

My apologies, Mike, if I offended–what I should have said is that your blog might be useful to some, but I myself didn't seem to benefit from it.

Thanks, Martin, for bringing this to my attention.
