March 25, 2010 at 7:17 am #10580well, i guess i feel okay sharing my twitter.
@mattanthonyw
i must add the disclaimer that i am ridiculously active on Twitter, and i have a feeling i am annoying half my followers with constant Melrose Place chatter, and offending the other half with my sense of humor.
my theory is that people just don't wanna go through the effort of unfollowing me.
i kid, it's not really bad. but it kinda is. lol.

If you're not offensive, you're not worth knowing, in my opinion 😉

Lose the name and you lose a part of yourself! Why do you want to change it? Oh, and what's the story behind it?!

Yeah, but it's not a part that I'm that attached to 😀
When I was in my late teens, I had a website called Dimension 8630 (the name taken from the geocities addy I was allocated: geocities.com/area51/dimension/8630) where I uploaded my and other people's short stories, java games and other bits. It was never very popular but it taught me a lot about html and web graphics.
When I signed up for twitter, for some reason it reminded me of posting update messages on my old site, so I went with eightysixthirty.
Actually, now that I think about it, the year out I had trying to create develop my site is similar to how things are now with me trying to finish my novel. My creative switch got turned off once I got to Uni and subsequently employment. It's taken an awfully long time for me to flick it back on again.
Maybe I should keep it for a little while longer 🙂
April 25, 2010 at 12:53 am #10589I am WolfBitTink on Twitter as well….that's where Martin found me…lol
