I am almost 4 weeks postpartum and I have serious trouble falling asleep. Never had this problem prior to giving birth.

Granted I have a high-needs infant that needs night feeds (ave. 2x a night) but he’s actually a good and cooperative baby who gives me around 3 to 4 hour-window in between night feedings. I am not a day napper as well so all sleep I try to squeeze in the night. But I couldnt sleep even if my baby is sound asleep!!

Hormonal imbalance after giving birth could be contributing to my insomnia but ive also developed anxiety making it more difficult to doze off. It’s so frustrating! Just wondering if anyone is in the same boat as me.
