      Hi there – I have had on/off sleep disturbances in the past but currently 23 weeks pregnant and struggling. I also struggled with sleep post-partum with my last baby. I feel like I know all of the tips and guides…make the primary goal at bedtime to relax, don’t put pressure on sleep, you can’t control it, etc. But, instead, my heart races at night and I can’t make that mind shift. I have anxiety, too, as most of us do, so it is definitely sleep anxiety driving this. Any thoughts?
