I hope the “General Conversation” section is the right place to put this, I wasn't entirely sure.
But I thought it might be fun, esp. since so many of us write, like writers, read, watch movies, etc. to have a place, that besides our posting “signautres” we could both share and comment on quotes of all kinds. Thought it might be fun and open up all kinds of silly & serious & everything in between chatter. They don't have to be about anything particular, just share the ones you want to discuss, or those that you find most interesting. I'm going to start things off from something, that while it may not be the best quote in the world, was just uttered to me by the characters of the TV show I was re-watching on my iPod.

Some famous Churchill and Lady Astor quotes…..they were famous for these repartees….

Aw, the Crow. That had some great lines, I should watch it again.
Sorry I was AWOL on the one topic I actually started. It's great seeing all these quotes. I collect them sorta, usually copy-and-paste them, and save them in a text file.
Here's a quote from an interview with a filmmaker, he's talking specifically about his movie, but it's also a general idea/statement.
