Hi, I’m doing the 2 week course and have been sleeping much better up until last night. I know it was my arousal system from some anxiety and negative thoughts, I barely slept if at all. I don’t want to go into worry that I’m back where I started, but my confidence is not where I’d like it to be yet. I’d love any support or guidance on how others have recovered a bad night after weeks of good progress. Thanks.

You know, sometimes we have difficult nights — just as we have difficult days. What’s important is how we respond to them (since that’s always in our control).

We can end up getting distracted by them and move away from the life we want to live or we can acknowledge them, be kind to ourselves, and continue to engage in activities that keep us moving toward the life we want to live.
