      Hi, I’ve been insomnia free for months as I was at a place of acceptance and peace. Just last night I was lay in bed when I suddenly got the fear of what if I couldn’t sleep. I still fell asleep but woke after 4 hours. Consequently I didn’t attend work, which I know is counter productive. I’ve had this fear for a while of suddenly losing the ability to sleep at all and this is what brought the insomnia back, despite me knowing this though is very far fetched. Any advice?

        From martins videos you should go back to the techniques you were using to get you back on track.
        In his words, there will b bad nights just like we have bad days. Just roll w it and don’t allow it to control your thoughts. You can do this!

          The true recovery isn’t truly about the sleep anymore. It is really about your relationship with poor sleep, and how “immune” you are to it, if you
          reach a stage when you think nothing about it, go on your day as usual and never crossed your mind to seek any kind of help or remedy, then that is the real recovery. Because you are no longer in that state of fear, when everything just seems to spiral out of control.
