      Hi,
      this is the second time I am implementing the CBT-i program. did it fot the first time about 4 months ago and it helped me but i am currently experiencing a tough relapse, and I am kind of “relearning” the whole process and skills from start.
      I am very impressed with Martin’s friendly and informative videos so I signed up to the forum.

        Hello Gil! Sleep disruption from time to time is completely normal and doesn’t mean that chronic insomnia is back!

        I appreciate you sharing that you are re-implementing all the techniques that you found helpful last time around — since those techniques help tackle the thoughts and behaviors that perpetuate sleep disruption, I’m sure you’ll find them helpful again!
