      A bit of progress to report and a question. Progress… In less than a week, Insomnia Coach tips and information have helped me relax about sleep. That’s huge!

      Question–I have trouble sometimes keeping track of how many hours I’ve been asleep. For one thing, I try not to focus on that (or the clock) too much in the middle of the night. And how to round off the time to be reasonably accurate but not go nuts trying to be ultra precise about the times.

        @Mem, outstanding progress, thanks for sharing! As you mentioned, try not to overanalyze the amount of time you sleep (or even track it at all!) – an estimated time is good enough when calculating your sleep efficiency.
