      finally got some sleep 2day only if it was just 4 a couple of hrs, i had been pusing 45hrs no sleep, feeling alittle better now.

                Wow. 45 hours. That's a long time. I wish you'd been able to get more sleep, but hopefully the 4 hours you did get helped and is a step towards more sleep to come.

                  Last year I read Waylon Jennings' autobiography. In it he said that he used to stay awake for up to seven days straight, pumped up on pills of some kind.

                  A manager where I work told me the longest he has stayed awake is five days. My longest is a little more than two days, and that was waaaaay too long. At that point I couldn't concentrate. I felt numb all over, especially the brain. Driving was hazardous. I had no energy, but still had to work, still had to function is a world that obviously chooses to put sleep problems aside and carry on.
