Does anybody here get RLS? Restless leg syndrome, I get it quite often, I know its a category that branches off in insomnia, I usually get it when I return to work fom my days off, and I'm guessing from all the running around I do while carrying heavy things contributes to it, because on the way home I can feel it in my legs, and its such an uncomfortable feeling, I mean, it doesn't hurt, but its more of a 'numb' kinda feeling , then u have to constantly move ur legs to get any relief from it, and that doesn't even do anything really, I mean I actually have it right now as I'm laying down, if I keep my legs bent, it helps it somewhat, but it makes it all the more difficult to get to sleep with this weird sensation in my legs. It goes away after a few hours, eventually, haha, like when I finally get to sleep, then wake accidentally a couple of hrs later I'll notice its gone, but I do get the RLS bouts pretty often, I can even recall getting them when I was younger, not knowing what it was, I thought it was just my legs being sore, then I heard somethingor read something somewhere about it, and I'm like omg I get restless leg syndrome, I don't know if there's anything out there that would actually get u relief from this.

You definitely aren't the only member here suffering from bouts of RLS. It's actually quite a common cause of insomnia, yet it's rarely spoken about.

I made a few posts about RLS over on the blog that may be of interest:
