I am new to this forum, but have had insomnia for about two mon. now, very much anxiety. I was used to getting up at 4 or 5 am. every morning for 23 yrs., now I don't have to do that anymore, that's when the insomnia started. Does anyone else have the restless leg syndrome? I've been getting that sometimes before bedtime. I've tried so many things, I don't know what to try next.

        Welcome to the forum.

Have you tried running a search here on the forums and over on the blog? I believe RLS has come up a few times. Here's a good link off the top of my head:

I've not really heard of this happening before bedtime – do you mean you feel symptoms of RLS before you get into bed?

I cured my restless leg by stopping anything sweet before bed, the sugar seemed to bring it on for me.
