My insomnia started mid June. After 4 days of no sleep in went to dr and got Rozerem. Didnt work for 5 days butveventually kicked in and worked well for 10 days. Then it just quit. Toughed it out and was fine for 2 weeks with 0 meds. Nothing, not even OTC. Them wham! Insoms back with avengence. After 3 days of hardly any sleep called dr and got Lunesta. Wonderful! Took for 3 nights then stopped it and was fine for almost 2 weeks. Then wham insoms back again. After 3 days of just a few hours sleep instarted back on Lunesta. Been on it for two nights and will it take any tonight. I'm very worried about becoming addicted to this stuff. It's fabulous…..knocks you out in 20 minutes and I sleep like 9 hours. Wake up feeling fabulous too. Wondering if it willmome back and also wondering why it does? Anybody have answers?

How are you getting on with the Lunesta? Is it still working for you?

I've tried pretty much all the OTC meds that's why I finally went to my doc. At the moment I'm not on anything and will only try to use the Lunesta after a string of bad days. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that things stay the course. I am extremely tired now and have been taking 2 hour naps during the day and I'm told it's the “sleep debt”. I'm just enjoying the shut-eye, napping in my pool and getting a great tan.
