Hey guys, I’m having an issue that’s really been bothering me lately. For some reason over the past few months when I lay flat on my back on my mattress my right leg starts falling asleep. Sometimes I wake up and my right leg feels numb and I am concerned this is going to cause nerve damage. I’ve tried adding sleeping pads… memory foam toppers (firm and soft)… nothing seems to change it. When I sleep on my side it doesn’t seem to happen. Is there something that can be done here? Like… maybe exercises or a special pillow or posturing adjustments? This issue is starting to concern me. Thank you for any help!
