      Rumination is my biggest challenge causing countless lost hours of sleep. Stress increases this rumination and insomnia gets worse. Can’t seem to turn my mind off and have resorted to sleep meds to fall asleep for a few hours. I want to fall asleep naturally and want to get off the meds

        I am yet to meet someone who knows how to switch their mind off, so it makes sense that you have found yourself unable to do that!
