      Hi guys

      My insomnia was triggered 5 weeks ago, thankfully I came across the insomnia podcast when I did . I haven’t fully signed up yet because I did think it hasn’t been too long and maybe I can get back to routine quicker than others . My worst bout was four days of no sleep and ended in hospital . I decided medication wasn’t for me and since then have been getting about 4 hours a night . Two nights ago I went to bed with little to no anxiety and ended up with a Lovely 7 hours ! I thought I was cured ! Then last night the anxiety crept in and kept me up and up and I think I faded away eventually around 2:30am waking at 6:00 for the sunrise which I do regardless of sleep . This setback has really upset me and now the fear of tonight is creeping in again 🙁 I’m worried this is going to just go on and on and on
