Welcome to the forum — and I am glad to hear that your sleep has improved. I wouldn’t pay too much attention to the stats given to you by your Fitbit. Unless the device is measuring brainwaves, it can’t accurately determine your individual sleep stages. What it can do, however, is make you worry more about your sleep if the data it displays makes you concerned.
I’ve not heard of body shakes as a result of insomnia. You could simply be noticing normal movement because you are paying a lot of attention to this. In any case, I think this is probably something you will want to discuss with your doctor.
