      I wondered how people navigate learning to share a bed with partners again, if you stopped?

      I’ve had insomnia for coming up to two years. Although I still had some issues, it was SO much better after the course. Throughout this time, I had been sharing with my young son (who was part of the reason my insomnia started in the first place). Well, he finally asked if he could have his own room, and so he’s out, allowing my husband to move back in. Last night was night one, and even though my husband was asleep when I turned off my Kindle to sleep, and he doesn’t snore, I couldn’t sleep. We shared successfully for over 12 years. I want to get that back, but do I just need to start the process from scratch?

        Perhaps its just because its just different and you’re looking to see if there is a difference? The change itself caused a sleep disruption.
