Hi everyone. Just checking in for another update. It looks like it’s been six months since I graduated from the course, and things are going very well. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying I sleep great every night. I sleep very well most of the time, but once in a while I’ll have an off night. One of the things I’ve learned though, is to not get upset when I have a bad night. Now that I have an understanding of sleep drive and circadian rhythm, I don’t really worry about it. It’s a lot easier to bounce back and move on when you know how things work and you’re not worried and confused. I feel SO much better than I did this time last year, I can’t even tell you. Anyway, I hope you’re all doing well. Take care.

That’s great news. I look forward to a similar outcome. I’ve found the videos & case studies really helpful in getting a better frame of mind around sleep or lack of it.
