I’ve noticed that sex before sleep nearly always leads to me being awake for hours, often the whole night. I note from some research on the net, that there are other folks who say the same thing – mainly women, but also some men, like me too.
Luckily my wife and me have our own business and are own bosses, so we find time in the day. 🙂
Anyone else notice a link between sex late at night and insomnia?

It’s the opposite for me. During my brief phase of only being able to fall asleep on the couch (which only lasted 3 nights) we had sex in bed where I then promptly fell asleep for 9 hours! My husband’s prescription after that for my insomnia – more sex!
Seriously, sorry you have the opposite experience – must put a damper on your sex drive.
