      Hi, I am 20 yrs old and have been struggling really bad for the last 8 weeks with insomnia where I’m only getting around 1-3 hrs of sleep per night at least 3x per week.

      It has had a really bad effect on my mental health which has resulted in me becoming demotivated, depressed and very anxious about sleep.

      I have never had issues with sleep during my life until about 8 weeks ago where a couple of bad nights turned into a cycle which is spiralling out of control.

      I have been prescribed sleeping pills but I am reluctant to use them as I have read great reviews about the benefits of CBT-I.

      I am hoping some of you can share how you overcame sleep anxiety and got your sleep back under control as I am determined to become the person I was a couple of months ago.
