      Recently Ive started to feel extremely anxious getting into bed. Part of it has to be my struggle of sleeping alone in my room. Ive always had issues sleeping by myself cause im very afraid of dark. I usually put the lights on and use my mobile until im too tired to see
      Sometimes im extremely sleepy but my body would literally be shaking with anxiety cause i feel scared sleeping by myself. Im soon going to be married but im worried how it would be if i dont sleep at all the day before and look super tired like in most events of my life.
      Sleeping was easier when i was younger in my teens. But as im ageing i feel i have more struggle sleeping.
      Looking for some helpful suggestions!
