      Every since I went 5 days with zero sleep and then finally crashed, I noticed I have been sleeping deeper and for a lot longer. The average for the last few nights has been to sleep by 10 pm and waking at 9 or 10 am. That is 11-12 hours of sleep and I still feel tired but it passes quickly. Is this me paying my sleep debt off? Is sleep debt even a real thing? Please advise. or could it be the Seroquel (quetiapine) and Depakote (divalproex sodium) or melatonin I take b4 bed?
