      Hello everyone, first time posting here.

      I am currently doing the free 2 week course. Regarding the 7 day sleep diary, I am going on holiday in 4 days time, where my sleep pattern will not be typical. Am I best to wait until I get back? If I delay sending in my results to Martin due to this, will it affect my membership/participation in the course. I don’t want to get kicked off or nothing due to not sending diary in, in a timely manner. Or shall I carry on with diary while I’m away?

        The 7 day sleep diary is more interested in what your sleep routine looks like rather than just the amount of sleep that’s happening.

        If you feel your sleep schedule (ie the time you go to bed and the time you get out of bed) will be a lot different when on holiday, I’d suggest waiting until you get back to finish it. If you feel your sleep schedule will be the same then you might want to just keep going with it while away.

        Either way, you won’t get “kicked off”! Safe travels! ✈️
