Just curious if anyone else in this forum has experienced “Sleep Drunkeness” (see attached link for a full description to the problem).  Over the last several weeks, I have been suddenly awoken 3 times after about 60-90 minutes of sleep in a state of total confusion.  It feels almost like my mind is locked in a dream state.  I am awake enough to be aware that I am confused but it still takes 15-30 minutes to clear my head enough to go back to bed.  Unfortunately for me, that means I have now become fully alert and each episode has pretty much ruined the remainder of the night for me.

Pretty frustrating.  Just now sure how common this is.
