      Hi there, it’s been a year since I finished my insomnia course here. I’ve learned so many things here, last year, had difficulty in sleeping, sometimes there’s night that I don’t sleep at all, but I practice everything what I learned in the course, especially the stimulus control, where if you can’t sleep, get up and do something relaxing, like reading books, meditating, until I get sleepy again. I also add things to my night time routine. I drink hot milk, I use grounding bed sheet to keep you grounded, Now I can actually says that my sleep is back to normal again. So to all you there, my advise is to trust the process, practice everything, and don’t let insomnia ruined you.
