          I think irregular sleep schedules, I was waking up quite irregularly before. Also I lacked motivation to get up in the morning at the time I decided before hand. But with the app it has been working much better!

            I’m glad to hear your sleep has improved! As you stated, having a consistent “get out of bed” time is important in overcoming your sleep disruptions.
