      I don’t know if anyone else has this problem but sometimes I can have a few nights of good sleep and mentally I feel in control but then there will be one night where I’m trying to sleep and I find myself going into a state of panic and not understanding why.

      Or I find myself getting stuck in a state of half awake and half asleep where I seem to panic and it’s difficult to reason because you’re not fully awake.

        Sorry to hear about these nights of panic — what is going through your mind when you feel that panic? If you are able to identify the thought or thoughts that are generating that panic you might then be able to evaluate them for accuracy. When you do this, you might see that those thoughts aren’t very accurate and that can strip them of their power!
