      I feel like if I don’t get enough sleep, I feel fatigue in the day. My sleep is not very deep, I easily wake up during the night.

            I wonder if you might be able to slowly add some of those things back into your life, even in the presence of daytime fatigue, sazmon? Might that be worth an experiment?
