If you cannot sleep and get up for an hour or two in the night how does that count toward sleep restriction? So if I sleep for 4 hours get up for 2 hours, may I go back to bed for 2 hours if I am tired enough to sleep?

Hello! You are free to go back to bed anytime as long as it’s within your sleep window. Good luck!
