      Hi everyone

I am about 3 weeks into the onset of my insomnia and this week I’ve started to properly implement sleep restriction. My sleep window is 11.30pm – 5.30am. I am finding that I have a good night of sleep (6 hours) followed by a bad night (2-4 hours) then followed by a good night.

Has anyone else experienced this? Will this resolve with time and hopefully I’ll string together consecutive nights of good sleep? And any tips on how to manage the anxiety of, oh no I’ve had a good night of sleep so tonight is probably going to be a bad night.

      Thanks!
      John
