      I just started sleep restriction which my therapist is helping me with. It’s not easy and it’s causing me some anxiety. After over 4 years of insomnia that was getting worse, I’ll stick with it. Has anyone tried it yet?

          Welcome to the forum, Mona. It’s quite normal to feel some anxiety when you start sleep restriction — in my experience, this anxiety is often relieved when an adequate explanation of the rationale behind the technique is offered.
