Is it possible to use some of the CBT techniques: I am using not watching clock , not going to bed until sleepy or close to it, not trying to control sleep , now getting up same time each day , not napping,
and living my life regardless of sleep( as best as possible) without using such a stringent sleep window. I am thinking of trying the sleep compression. On my good nights I get about 7-8 hours of sleep and with a rough night estimating about 4 hours. I get up everyday about 7:00.How would I figure out for sleep compression. With sleep restrictions , I was figuring 1:30 window until 7 which would be so hard for me.

Wow! Sounds like you might just need a tune up and you will be golden 👌 (I’m not a trained professional, so clearly that’s just my opinion) how about 12-7? 1:30am sounds rough. Hope you find the best sleep window to help you 🙏 good luck.
