I began restricting my sleep on Tuesday night, after about two and a half weeks of between 0 sleep and three hours. It worked immediately.

It is now Sunday, and I am just exhausted! I feel like I need more sleep.

My window I set was 11:15 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. I am falling asleep within 15 minutes, get up once to go to the bathroom during the night but pretty much fall back asleep immediately.

Last night I went to bed a half hour earlier. I got about an extra 15 minutes of sleep overall.

But I am SO TIRED. I feel like this is actually adequate rest for me but I just can’t shake the feeling of being tired. I am yawning/falling asleep during the day when reading, just not sure of what I should do. It seems too soon to extend my window.

It sounds as though that sleep window might be worth extending a little further! Something you might want to try is making the hour before it begins the last time you check the time at night and simply going to bed whenever you feel ready to go to bed.
