      I’ve made a lot of assumptions about sleeping that, as I got older, have led to problems falling asleep and/or waking up “too” early.

      The daily emails have helped a lot, as did a suggestion that I try “sleep restriction therapy”. Mostly I didn’t think people should even need to think about sleeping.

      I’d come to go to bed at a time I thought reasonable, then lay in bed for an hour or two without sleeping. Once I started talking about it, and researching it, and now getting these informative emails, my sleep has improved. I can’t wait to read more about other’s experiences about what works and what doesn’t.
