Sleep training while sick?

      I have been working on implementing some of the things that Martin suggests to get sleep back on track. Yesterday I tested for Covid, so am sick now- coughing, sneezing. And tired at a very early, and feel the need to rest a lot during the day. I am assuming that this isn’t the time to push myself too hard in terms of implementing sleep
      Strategies, as my body maybe needs to go to sleep earlier right now. Would love to hear what people think about this. Thanks,

        I would suggest resting and recuperating. You can revisit what you’ve been learning when you feel better. Right now your priority should probably be resting and healing.
