      Hi all, My waking time is 6:30am everyday. I really want to wake at 8am everyday but I’m to afraid of pushing my sleep till 4am am as I average around 3.5hrs a night. If I stick with 6:30am for now until I build up my sleep appitite, will I be able to change my waking time in the future once I’m getting 7-8 hours a night without problems? Can anyone give any advice please?
