      Any suggestions as to what to do when my sleep window (2300-0600) clashes with my late work shift?

          I work two day shifts (8am-4pm) and then two late shifts (3pm till midnight) and then have three or four days off.

            Shift work is tough on the body clock (and is outside my real area of expertise). I would suggest exploring whether there might be a sleep schedule you could keep relatively consistent, regardless of your shift (and any days off) so any swing (particularly with your out of bed time in the mornings) isn’t too big.
