      Hello, new guy here! I’m able to sleep quiet well when using sleeping pills. Since starting to think of the process to get off them I’m finding the stress of not having them at my bedside is making me use them more!
      Anyone faced something similar?

          You might find it helpful to start tackling any perpetuating thoughts and behaviors that might have led to insomnia before you start the process of getting off the sleeping pills. This way you might minimize the potential of experiencing rebound insomnia when you eliminate the medication.

          Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) techniques are a great way to address those thoughts and behaviors and build confidence in your own, natural ability to sleep!
