Trying CBT and it’s information is very informative. I also have Tinnitus,  neuropathy and lately indigestion problems occurring unfortunately when I go to sleep. I take Meds for stomach but nothing for neuropathy as it didn’t agree with me or help it. Unfortunately there’s nothing to help Tinnitus. These 3 problems hinder me in putting CBT into practice. I’m hoping if I hang in and not give up, it will eventually begin to help me. Anyone else dealing with these three issues?

Right now my main problem is my stomach problem. I had to go to urgent care as it had gotten much worse. I was told my Gerd was out of wack and have to go on carafate plus double up on Protonix and have to follow-up with my Gastro Dr. So I may have to skip trying to get off sleep med temporarily. I’m learning to deal with Tinnitus. I may need help from my Dr for the neuropathy. So may also have to temporarily stop CBT but I will be back and all the information has been great. Thank you 🙂
