      I need the support of others to know I’m not going out of my mind! This crept up slowly and now I have full blown insomnia. I never would have labeled myself an insomniac but now I’m thinking that’s what I really am. Martin’s podcast has given me hope and I’m trying to apply what I think are the right techniques. I wish I had the money to spend on the course. Money is tight and is part of my anxiety at night I think. Glad to read what everyone has to share here.
