      Past 3 weeks have been hell. Averaging about 3 hours per night and most nights I don’t fall asleep until 5 am. I’m worried something is very medically wrong with me but I’m trying to have hope through forums like this. Got some bloodwork done and all is seemingly normal. Doctors prescribed a bunch of meds but hoping that CBT works before I have to resort to those
