      I have struggled with insomnia for many years. I found the insomnia coach podcast and began to listen to the recommended protocols. I began to implement them, it’s been very slow improvement sleeping about 4 to 5 hours at night. After seven weeks I’m sleeping closer to six hours. I still struggle with falling asleep. I have maintained all of the recommendations. I often feel anxious at night
