      So in the US the clocks recently went forward one hour. By the end of the month I believe that all countries will have adjusted their clocks.

      Typically around this time we hear numerous news reports of disrupted sleep thanks to the change. Is this just hype, or does the time change really affect your sleep pattern?

        Clocks go forward in Uk in a week's time on 31st arch. After having slept okay for 3 months since about December last year, I having been having insomnia for about 10 days. Changing seasons certainly affect my sleep pattern.

          Hard to say if it affects my sleep since I don't get much to start with anyway. That being said I do like the approach of summer for some reason it seems to be easier to cope with the sleeplessness. Something in the air maybe? Perhaps that it a new discussion topic in its own right. Where is the rubbing chin contemplatively icon????

            Blergh makes no difference to me like abc says. 1 hour here or there and I just dont notice it.
