      Hi Dan,
      Not a good night for me, with almost zero sleep… its ok im gonna keep on being positive and im gonna go through my day despite the tiredness 🙂
      I was very sleepy before going to bed, and i even fel asleep on my couch for 15-20 min but once in bed… the anxiety started… ?
      Have You enrolled in Martin’s course? Do You think it’s worth it? I have implanted the sleep window for the past 3 days, but maybe extra support would help me more?

        Hi to remove Anxiety you could try a method called as Box Breathing or alternate nostril breathing practicing these simple breathing practices helps to reduce Anxiety in the long run.

          Oh and yes the sleep window is tough. Getting out of bed when you are dead tired. I’m struggling with that too

                Basically I was saying sorry you had a rough night m. I did as well… we got to keep at it I know we can kick this! I have just started Martin’s online course. I felt I needed help too. I got to submit my first weeks sleep diary today.

                            Thank You for checking in, i did have a not so bad day afterall despite the tiredness and the weird sensation in the head ? Hope You did have a good day too, we deserve a good night and we will get a good night. My bed is my friend and it dosent want anything but my well being ? its so logical when we think about it, crazy how the brain works sometimes and how it can change our perceptions…i need to remember this 🙂

                              No problem! Glad you had a good day and I felt that in the head too. The bed is our friend for sure and we will zonk out good tonight! It’s funny how something as easy as falling asleep just becomes a hard task. But I think it’s mostly mental. If your body’s feels stressed it won’t let you sleep period. That’s why as hard as it is you just got try not to focus on it.

                                So true… a small goal for me tonight will be to enter in my bed with a good and relaxed feeling 🙂 like before when it was such a Nice place to be ??

                                  Me too! I was actually just thinking about that as well. I always slept great my whole life and all I did was when I felt sleepy I would go to my bed and head it the pillow and and I was out like a light shortly after. No thoughts just plop and sleep lol
