Wow, congratulations on going from around two hours of sleep to around five hours of sleep — that’s a big improvement!
I think that feeling more fatigue following more sleep simply tells us one thing — that how much sleep we get doesn’t always determine how we feel during the day. This might suggest that more goes into how we feel during the day than sleep duration alone.
Can you describe the fatigue you feel in a bit more detail? Does it change as the day progresses, or in response to what you’re doing? Is it something you’ve discussed with your doctor?
