I’ve been struggling with insomnia for 3 years now. I usually get 4 or 5 hours a night. I struggle with falling alseep and staying asleep. I fear sleepless nights so was wondering if it would be good exposure therapy to force myself to experience them often enough that it no longer has power over me. Is this a crazy idea?
